Zephyrus g15 charging port overheating

My asus zephyrus g15 (rtx 3070 ti i think its 2022 model) suddenly started overheating like crazy around the charging port area whenever I plug in the cable. Also something to note is that the laptop is now annoying to charge and any slight movement of the cable can stop the charging process. The port and charger pin get so hot that I actually burned my finger trying to get it out only 20 minutes into charging it. Im not sure what would have caused this other than that I recently re enabled armory crate services after having disabled it for a week.

Started a new job

Why did it start spiking during the last week?

I started a new job around that time. Went from one desk job to another desk job, but the previous one was quite stressful. (Still, this position is a temporary position, I'm starting yet another more long-term job in April). Had two weeks of relaxing Christmas holidays before the increase. No excessive exercise, but still some exercise. Finally getting better after an autumn with lots of colds (last one in November). Feeling quite fine, no sleeping issues. Am I for some reason phasing into a new, better level after quitting my old job and/or getting healthier? But it is already quite high to start with - and my running shape was better 6 months ago, when I had a lower value.

i was approved for calfresh after a long time of not being able to get it

for context, i am a college student who got approved for calfresh after a long while of getting unapproved. i never really understood why i did, and at my school, we have interns at the basic needs office who said i could appeal it and said i matched the requirements for calfresh, but for the past few months they’ve been completely MIA whenever i schedule meetings. normally the meetings would be online but i’d get no link and when i show up in person, they’re apparently not there. i remember getting denied for calfresh once and the interviewer said i couldn’t because i would be getting double aid due to financial aid. i didn’t know what that was supposed to mean, but i was like whatever. then i remembered one of the student interns at the basic needs office said that despite i could get it appealed bc my meal plan was not enough meals per week and i had other matching requirements. i don’t remember when exactly that was said, but i do remember that conversation happening at some point. i do remember that being said fast forward to now, i’ve been approved in really late november but i didn’t use any benefits due to not receiving my card for a while and i had issues with receiving updates about the application so i didn’t even know i was approved until last week. (this is a whole another story) apart of me feels like i should cancel it before i get into trouble. i didn’t actually use my benefits yet. i just don’t know if i have to pay it back… but i don’t understand why i was approved this time? it was the same documents. i don’t recall my answers changing? at least not significantly. i’m nervous because it’s not like i intentionally lied. it was just…. i remembered i was told i could appeal it. i didn’t appeal it but what i did do was reapply and next thing you know i got approved. i remember being told what to tell them during the interview as well.

audio starts to make crackling/static noise

so i have this issue where the audio will randomly start to make crackling/static noise and this only happens on my ps5 controller, my headphones work perfectly fine on xbox, pc, phone and anything else ive tried them on anyone know why? faulty controller maybe? ive tried to reset my controller and this seems to work but is not a permanent fix

I don't need a lot of space in my car and I did some research and I did hear that that tires get worn out really quickly, which is on the downside but I've heard that you can save a lot of money on maintenance. I know that I shouldn't buy a car based on the pictures so I am planning to check it out and take it to a shop to get a further inspection(not sure if it's necessary). I also live in nj where I get a $4k tax return on used Ev cars if it's from a reputable dealer. I am not sure if this site is but if it is, isn't it hard to find a low mileage new car for 15 grand?

House Prices: Deansgrange vs Foxrock/ Blackrock

We're on a house hunt and it stood out to us that same house would sell cheaper in Deansgrange deposite being right there between Blackrock, Foxrock & Stillorgan. Is that location considered less of a "posh one"? Would it eventually catch-up on them and becomes part of these "posh" locations? We're not too stuck on it as we like the houses and the neighborhoods we've seen so far (along the N11). But curious if this less of a great reputation will haunt us 10-15years down the road. Also think we'll still get access to same schools as other areas (please correct me if I'm wrong). Would appreciate some perspectives. Thank you! Note: I'm not from here but been here for few years. So have an idea about the nuances of location here and their reputations.
